A conversation with Yaara Kedar, David Adika and Sahar Shalev about what photographers wear and photographers wear.

The talk/lecture took place in Jaffa 3 magazine. It's a gallery that have an exhibitions twice a year (imagine what a long waiting list they have). The advantages of the gallery, the things that impressed me, is its visual cleanliness. The floor is smooth, the walls are uniform and even the windows don't bother. There are no visual disturbances, except for the works themselves hanging on the walls, they are the only ones that are important in this space.

In the lecture we received an overview of photographers of our time and the clothing that represents them. Some of them I knew more like Cindy Sherman, who used to dress up as characters and photograph herself, and some less like Bill Cunningham, who used to wear a blue jeans jacket in street photography.

About the lecture

Most of us spend a lot of our day to thinking about what to wear today. And in the case of uniforms, like Steve Jobs' permanent turtleneck or Mark Zuckerberg's gray shirts, point to one less decision to make today.

Nice, isn't it?

Summarize

My regular wearing is a red brooch from Anatural Project , a wristwatch and red lipstick. Everything else is by mood or weather, and my women wear their personalities in the illustrated portraits at the Anatural Project.
